1. Service Overview
Kreo Spark LLC provides professional video editing services, specializing in short-form, User-Generated Content (UGC). We work directly with you to ensure our deliverables are targeted for your client, strictly following the specific instructions and script content you provide. Our website serves as an intake portal where you can submit raw footage and project details for editing.
2. International Processing and Privacy
To provide efficient and high-quality services, Kreo Spark LLC partners with a dedicated editing team based in India. By submitting your files, raw footage, and project assets through our platform, you consent to the secure transfer, storage, and processing of your media by our international team. We strictly use your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your editing request.
3. Quotes and Payment Terms
Due to the custom nature of video editing, prices are not uniformly listed on the website.
Agreed Pricing: You agree to pay the specific total amount finalized during your initial consultation and discussion with a Kreo Spark LLC representative.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued based on the agreed-upon scope of work.
Payment Obligations: Work will commence, and final unwatermarked files will be delivered, according to the payment schedule established during your intake discussion.
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing
Client Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the raw, unedited footage, scripts, and instructions you submit to us.
Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted full rights to use, distribute, and provide the final edited short-form videos to your client.
Portfolio Use: Unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed, Kreo Spark LLC reserves the right to showcase snippets of the final edited video in our professional portfolio.
5. Revisions and Delivery
Turnaround times and revision limits will be established during the initial project discussion. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope or deviations from the original script and instructions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before further work begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kreo Spark LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringements resulting from the raw media, audio, or assets you provide to us for editing. You guarantee that you hold the appropriate rights or licenses for any materials submitted. In no event shall Kreo Spark LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our final deliverables.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
