Creator Frequently asked questions
Please upload all your raw footage to a shared folder using Google Drive or Dropbox. We exclusively use these platforms for file sharing.
Under the general access settings for your folder, you must change the permission from restricted to "anyone with the link".
To help the team understand the exact flow of your video, please number your files in the order they appear (e.g., 01_Hook, 02_ProductDemo). You should give each file a descriptive name that perfectly matches the file names in your script so the editing team knows exactly where every clip belongs.
Please include a Google Doc or Word Document with your original script inside your shared folder. You must also paste your full script directly into the script field on the intake form.
Underneath or next to your script, simply give us a quick "what to show when" breakdown. You should also include specific editing instructions, such as what to show on-screen for each line of audio.
Once your folder is completely ready with your videos and script document, please fill out our intake form. You will need to paste your Drive or Dropbox link directly into this form, which officially signals the team to start your project.
Standard videos can be up to 60 seconds long.
The turnaround time per video is up to 72 hours. During this time, it goes through 2 rounds of quality checks before it reaches the creator. (Please note that the Portfolio Starter package has a delivery time of up to 7 days).
We offer various bundles to fit your content strategy, including The Essential Trio (a pack of 3 videos), the Individual Video Bundle (a pack of 5 custom videos), and the Portfolio Starter bundle.
When reviewing your video, please provide feedback chronologically using timestamps in the Revision Feedback Template. Be as specific as possible with file names, exact quotes, and the reason for the change to ensure the next draft matches your vision.
Before sending the document back to us, please rename the file to include either your name or your project's name (e.g., YourName_Feedback.docx or ProjectName_Feedback.docx).
